1. Introduction

Welcome to Coinfirms. By accessing or using our website, services, or engaging in business with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your relationship with Coinfirms and define your rights and obligations while using our cryptocurrency recovery services.

2. Services Provided

Coinfirms specializes in the recovery of lost cryptocurrency funds, including but not limited to situations involving scams, forgotten passwords, lost wallet keys, or funds sent to the wrong address. We offer a variety of cryptocurrency recovery services that aim to help individuals and businesses recover their digital assets.

3. Client Agreement

By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

  • You will provide us with accurate, detailed information about the circumstances surrounding your lost or stolen cryptocurrency.
  • You understand that recovery of cryptocurrency is often a complex process and that Coinfirms will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds in every case.
  • You acknowledge that certain cases, due to their complexity, may require additional verification or documentation from you or third parties.

4. Payment Terms

To begin the recovery process, you must agree to one of the following payment options:

  • Retainer Fee: You will be required to pay a non-refundable retainer fee of 10% of the total amount of the lost cryptocurrency. This fee is payable upfront before the recovery process starts, regardless of whether the recovery is successful.OR
  • Recovery Fee: You will agree to pay Coinfirms 25% of the total amount recovered. This fee is deducted directly from the recovered funds. No upfront payment is required in this option, but you must agree to the deduction once recovery is successful.

By engaging our services, you agree to select one of the above options and provide the necessary payments or consent for deduction from recovered funds.

5. Handling Fee

In certain cases, particularly where the recovery process involves heightened complexity or legal hurdles, Coinfirms reserves the right to charge a Handling Fee before initiating recovery efforts. The handling fee amount will be discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to the start of any work.

We will clearly communicate whether a handling fee applies, based on the difficulty of the recovery case and the resources required. If the handling fee applies, it will be collected upfront and is separate from the retainer or recovery fee.

6. Recovery Process

Upon engaging Coinfirms, we will take all necessary steps to initiate the recovery process, including but not limited to:

  • Collaborating with local and international law enforcement agencies
  • Partnering with cryptocurrency exchanges and other recovery agencies
  • Gathering crucial information from private individuals or experts
  • Leveraging technical, legal, and investigative methods as needed

The recovery process may involve technical steps, legal investigations, and coordination with external parties. In some cases, depending on the nature of the loss, recovery times may vary, and outcomes may depend on various factors beyond our control.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide Coinfirms with accurate and up-to-date information about the incident. You are responsible for promptly responding to requests for further information or documentation that may assist in the recovery process. Failure to provide requested information may lead to delays or the inability to recover your funds.

Additionally, you agree to keep all details of the recovery efforts confidential, especially when there is an ongoing investigation involving law enforcement or other agencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coinfirms strives to provide the highest level of service, but we cannot guarantee success in all cryptocurrency recovery cases. You agree that Coinfirms shall not be liable for any losses or damages, including but not limited to, the loss of cryptocurrency, missed financial opportunities, or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the failure to recover funds.

9. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of cryptocurrency recovery cases and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients’ information. Any information you provide to Coinfirms during the recovery process will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or necessary for the recovery process (e.g., to law enforcement agencies or cryptocurrency exchanges).

10. Use of Third Parties

During the recovery process, Coinfirms may collaborate with third parties, including law enforcement agencies, cryptocurrency exchanges, other recovery agencies, or individuals with specific expertise. You agree that Coinfirms may share relevant information with these parties to facilitate the recovery of your funds.

In cases where it becomes necessary to employ third-party specialists or consultants to assist in the recovery process, Coinfirms will inform you and obtain your consent before doing so.

11. Legal Compliance

Coinfirms operates within the legal frameworks of the jurisdictions in which we offer our services. We collaborate with local and international law enforcement to ensure compliance with all applicable laws during the recovery process. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with all relevant laws and regulations and provide any information necessary to assist us in fulfilling our legal obligations.

12. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. If the client terminates the agreement after paying the retainer fee but before the recovery process is complete, the retainer fee remains non-refundable. If Coinfirms terminates the agreement due to lack of cooperation from the client or failure to provide necessary information, no refund will be issued for any fees paid.

13. Changes to the Terms

Coinfirms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services following the posting of changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of.
